Michel Delville Of The Wrong Object - Program 1053
One of the fresh, new budding acts gaining a lot of attention on our program in the last year has been the band The Wrong Object. This Belgian project has released one of the finest recordings in 2008 titled Stories From The Shed. We had the chance to speak with guitarist Michel Delville on April 19th, and talked at length about the surplus of great reviews coming from abroad about their new recording, how the touring process has gone, and the inspiration of going into each recording. We also covered Michel’s side projects including the disc Trank Zappa Grappa In Varese? titled More Light, and his introspect on working with the late, great Elton Dean. This was a personal favorite of the year as we connected on so many levels. A special thanks to the great Leonardo as well.
