Dutch composer/musician Ayreon visited the Gagliarchives again this time for an exclusive interview. Ayreon joined us to discuss his latest conceptual 2 CD release titled 01011001 and features a who’s who of fine musicians. We talked in fine detail about the wonderful roll call of artists, along with production, upcoming projects, the inspiration behind 01011001, the thread connecting previous albums, his gear, and ultimately my horrible Dutch pronunciations. Arjen Anthony Luccasson is a gifted artist that has an uncanny way of putting what is in his mind, no matter how grandiose, into wonderful thematic, conceptual releases. They are not rock operas. They are true movies for your ears.
